More Details

How about discovering the new face of Lower West Manhattan on foot?

Meet up with your guide and start your tour with Hudson Yards, the unique and gigantic real estate project located on the banks of the Hudson River, with 6 futuristic towers, a luxury shopping center, hotels, bars and restaurants. This is where you’ll discover The Vessel: a monumental work of art with unparalleled technical features! Climb on the Vessel and enjoy unparalleled views of the Hudson and Manhattan.

The tour continues with a stroll on the High Line: an attraction in itself which no visitor to New York should miss! A lush promenade suspended over the streets of Manhattan’s West Side, it was created on the abandoned tracks of a former industrial railway, and was inspired by the 'Coulée verte' in Paris! Rising 33 feet above ground, this bucolic promenade will delight you with its completely new views of Manhattan seen from exciting new angles.

Further on, we’ll say goodbye to our panoramic views to explore the picturesque Meatpacking District. Once the slaughterhouse district of New York, it is now one of the city’s most popular neighborhoods, brimming with trendy restaurants and designer boutiques. You’ll love its historic charm, its cobblestone streets and its post-industrial buildings. This is where you'll also find the famous Chelsea Market. Enjoy some free time to shop and refuel with a healthy, tasty snack. Your guide will give you suggestions and recommendations.

The tour ends with the visit of a Whitney Museum, a beautiful museum dedicated to modern and contemporary American art. Explore the museum at your own pace and enjoy its incredible collections. After your visit, take some time to enjoy the views and sip a drink on the beautiful rooftop terrace of the museum.
